A New Chapter for ProfiPilot Training

We are pleased to announce that we have secured a professionally refurbished Diamond DA20-A1 for our ab-initio flight training program. 

The Diamond DA20-A1 has long been recognized as one of the most respected training aircraft in general aviation. Its responsive handling characteristics, excellent visibility, efficient performance, and forgiving flight qualities make it an ideal platform for aspiring pilots taking their very first steps into aviation.

The refurbishment process ensured that the aircraft meets our operational standards while preserving the qualities that have made the DA20 a favorite among flight schools worldwide. Students can now enjoy a modernized training environment while developing the skills and confidence needed for a successful aviation career.

More Than an Aircraft: A Flying Canvas

When most flight schools acquire a new aircraft, the discussion typically revolves around technical specifications, avionics, maintenance status, and operational costs. While these aspects remain critically important, we believe there is another element that deserves equal attention: the aircraft's identity.

For us, an aircraft livery is much more than paint.

Unlike many operators who view liveries primarily as branding tools, we see them as a unique opportunity to express creativity and bring art into aviation. Every aircraft has a story, and its exterior design becomes the first chapter of that story. The fuselage serves as a canvas that reflects passion, innovation, and the spirit of flight.

A distinctive livery not only makes an aircraft recognizable on the apron and in the sky—it also creates an emotional connection between students, instructors, and the aircraft itself. We want our students to remember not only the lessons they learned, but also the aircraft that carried them through their first solo flights and milestones.

The Search for the Perfect Livery

Selecting the final livery was far from a simple task.

Throughout the design process, we reviewed a large number of concepts, each offering a different interpretation of the ProfiPilot Training identity. Some designs focused on elegance and minimalism, while others embraced bold colors, dynamic motion, and modern aviation aesthetics.

Among the concepts considered were:

Each concept brought something unique to the table. The challenge was finding a design that balanced professionalism, visibility, training practicality, and artistic expression while remaining unmistakably ProfiPilot.

Why Livery Matters

Students spend countless hours around their training aircraft. It becomes part of their aviation journey—from the first engine start to the first solo circuit and eventually the checkride.

A thoughtfully designed livery helps create pride and belonging. It communicates attention to detail and demonstrates that aviation is not only about procedures and regulations, but also about passion, inspiration, and creativity.

For this reason, we approached the livery selection process with the same care and attention that we apply to aircraft acquisition and maintenance.
