MEP(land) training overview
The aim of the MEP(land) initial class rating training course is to provide the sufficient amount of theoretical knowledge instruction and flight training to be able to fly as a pilot-in-command on the particular variant representing MEP(land) aircraft. You will become proficient in the operation of multi-engine single pilot aeroplane ever with one-engine inoperative.
The MEP(land) Class Rating training course consists of three parts:
- 7 hours of General multi-engine groundschool;
- 3 hours of Variant-related ground school
- 6 hours Flight training;
The MEP(land) initial class rating training is followed by the MEP(land) skill test with EASA Class Rating Examiner. The validity of the MEP(land) is 1 year. To revalidate your MEP(and) you need to comply with FCL.740.A(a).
