Overview
Cessna 525 Typerating in real aircraft
The aim of the Cessna 525 single-pilot initial type rating training course is to provide you with sufficient theoretical knowledge instruction, FSTD and also actual training in the aircraft to safely operate the C525 variant. The essence of this type rating training course is the in-flight training which is partially complemented with the training in simulator.
This training is usually completed for the aircraft owners who would like to get the type rating training directly in their own Cessna 525 aircraft. Training is also completed for the operators operating some C525 variants for which the simulator is not available nor accessible.
The C525 in-flight Type Rating course consists of following parts:
- 26:30 hours of C525 type-related ground school
- 02:30 hours of UPRT ground school
- 12:00 hours of training in the aircraft
- 04:00 hours simulator training
The C525 Singlei-pilot in-flight type rating is followed by C525 SPO skill test with an EASA C525 TRE completed in the real aircraft or in the simulator representing the Cessna 525 variant. There is no base training required, upon successfully passed skill test.
