LAPL(A) refresher training
To continue flying with your LAPL(A) ✓
Your LAPL(A) is valid for 2 years. If you meet the experience required for revalidation by experience, you have to fly one training flight with an instructor. This so-called LAPL refresh flight ✓ is kind-of FAA Flight review ✓ equivalent.
If you do not meet the revalidation criteria, we will organize an EASA Class Rating Examiner to fly the checkride with you.
The aim of the LAPL(A) refresher training is to provide you with flight training required to revalidate your LAPL(A) considering the previous experience. So you can continue exercising your LAPL(A) privileges beyond the current expiry date.

The amount of refresher training needed to meet the the level of proficiency necessary to safely fly as an LAPL(A) holder on particular aircraft variant will be determined on a case by case basis by ProfiPilot Training, taking into account the following factors:
Before the LAPL(A) takes place, the ProfiPilot Training instructor will hold with you a comprehensive pre-flight briefing. Besides the regular pre-flight briefing items such as considering the Meteo, notams, etc the briefing will be focused on all of the following:
The LAPL(A) refresher training flight in ProfiPilot Training is based on the exercise items of the LAPL(A) proficiency check, as deemed relevant by the instructor, and depending on your experience.
The LAPL(A) refresher training course is completed by the instructor review. Provided you meet the flight requirements experience required for the revalidation by experience, your LAPL(A) will be revalidated for next 2 years.

AIRBUS A320 TYPE RATING program structure The course consists of Airbus A320 Type Rating (theory and full flight simulator training), followed by Base Training and an optional job interview preparation course.
