For those with any kind of previous aviation experience, ballooning is the completely different world of the aviation. In case of the balloons, there is a single flight crew licence, which privileges are developed further. Unlike from the aeroplanes and helicopters,, the trainings and the responsibility for the trainees is more given to the flight instructor.

To obtain any pilot's licence you have to first attend theoretical knowledge instruction. The TKI can be obtained together as a part of the ab-initio training.
