We will train you to become a flight instructor in small aeroplanes.

Becoming a Junior Flight Instructor with ProfiPilot Training might be something for you in case of:

As a junior flight instructor you will be assigned to one of the ProfiPilot Training senior instructors being available to you for your further professional growth. We can re-assure you the professional guidance and up-to-date knowledge, skills and attitudes of our instructors. Your competences learning path will become steeper then ever.

You do not necessarily be a holder of the Flight Instructor certificate. We even do not prefer this. Should you are a holder of FI(A), we will develop your instructor competences up to our standards. We however prefer to train you towards the Flight Instructor certification under our flight school.

Working conditions

As a Junior Flight Instructor you will be responsible for: 

  • Instruct on our flight training courses – aircraft and FNPTII as directed by the CFI
  • Provide a high standard of student preparation through our training syllabus
  • Meet out training targets with the customers
  • Achieve training time schedule based on a planned program

Requirements

Professional experience and skills: 

  • Sociable and stress-resistant personality type
  • Result Oriented with Teamwork skills;
  • EASA pilot licence PPL(A), CPL(A) or ATPL(A)
  • CPL(A) or ATPL(A) theory credit
  • Medical Certificate Class 1
  • 200 hours total time
  • 100 hours as PIC

Core competences:

  • To have and maintain the highest personal and professional standards.
  • Maintain your licence, ratings and medical in line with company requirements and applicable aviation authority regulations.
  • Be able to work independently and on your own initiative when appropriate.
  • Have good report writing and IT skills.
