People suffering from fear of flying are often experiencing stress, cramps, feelings of depression and panic. It deprives themselves of experiences that can only be experienced in a three-dimensional space. Fear of flying or simply Aviophobia is course introduced back in 2009 by the founder of ProfiPilot Academy and our current Head of Training to explain the root cause of stressors that causing such bad feelings. After completing the Theoretical part of the Aviophobia seminar, our flight instructor will offer you the opportunity to fly a real plane. It is up to you to accept it. However, you will have a unique opportunity to overcome yourself.

The Aviophobia seminar can be completed only as a Theoretical knowledge instruction Seminar or in combination with actual flight in an aircraft. During the approximately 3-4 hour lasting seminar Fear of Flying - Aviophobia the most common stressors that trigger Aerophobia are explained.
Being encountered three-dimensional space sometimes causes significant physiological and emotional reaction of individual. This might be very unpleasant for the business travelers or leisure tourists. Those stressors can have various causes and many different body reactions. Reaction to the 3D space causes fear itself, which manifests and escalates into physiological symptoms such as stress, hyperventilation, excessive sweating, panic attacks, convulsions, etc.
Some people suffering from Aviophobia may just only have a lack of knowledge. Others might have physiological preconditions and many people suffer from bad experience from the past. The Aviophobia Seminar is for all of those groups :-)
