MCCI(A) Course Overview
The aim of the Multi Crew Cooperation Instructor training course is to bring your competence up to the standard required for the role of an instructor for general multi-crew operation. The course gives you the adequate training in theoretical knowledge instruction and simulator instruction to instruct those aspects of MCC(A) required by an applicant for a type rating on a first multi-pilot airplane. You will learn how to identify common errors and how to correct them properly. This is the essence of the course.
The Multi Crew Cooperation Instructor training course consists of three parts:
- Part 1: 25 hours of teaching and learning iaw AMC1 FCL.920;
- Part 2: Technical training related to the type of FSTD where the applicant wishes to instruct;
- Part 3: 3 hours of practical instruction in the simulator
The course is completed by assessment of competence done by Course instructor . Requirements for revalidation and renewal of MCCI(A) are similar to the initial issue .
